Comments about THULE 1538 Fit Kit:

The thule Rack System and fit kit are very solid. Realy like the tower clip on fit to the cross rails. The fit kit came with parts for two different model nissan cars. The sentra and the altima. The fit instructions are absolutely useless. I followed them to a tee and still was not able to fit the rack onto the car after three days of trying. The roof line of the sentra seems to flare outward about 10" from the windshield. The clips would only catch on one point and miss the door rail all together on the other. I finally moved the front rail back 3" further from the instructions and the rack whent right on. Also the rails howell realy loud. The rack is on the car and does not come off quickly. There's a little effort involved to remove it and them replace it.
