After looking at a number of women's specific harnesses and even considering some men's I think I found the best women's ice climbing harness. While I like the Petzl harnesses with the convenient slot for an ice clipper, it was placed too far back for me and made seeing the right ice screw or gear difficult when grabbing it. This harness has the slot better placed between the main gear loops and closer to the front. And it's compatible with the Petzl Caritool clipper if you prefer that over the BD version like me.

This was the first climbing harness I've purchased and met with EMS staff at a store to understand more about the different features and what to look for. My local store didn't have the size/color combo I wanted so they were able to order it by phone for immediate shipping to me, which worked great.
So far, it's comfortable and convenient harness. I like that the leg straps are adjustable.
