Accommodates all types of bike frames. Takes 30 minutes to unpack, assemble, and adjust for your bikes the first time. After the initial install it only takes 1-2 minutes to mount the rack on your hitch, and 1-2 minutes to put your bikes on each time. I mounted this on a 2" hitch, but it will allow for 1 1/4" hitch as well.
I was able to hang up the bike rack in the garage by folding it flat and turning it sideways (heavy side down). It will balance nicely on a heavy duty two-prong hook that was designed for a string trimmer or shovel.
Only negatives: Sometimes the hitch attachment is a little tricky. It has a bolt that threads onto the bike rack. It took me a few tries for the thread to catch. I can't open the hatch of my Forester when there is a bike on the rack. The rack is designed to fold up when no bikes are present, but doesn't fold down to allow for hatch to open all the way. I have to adjust the seats down on the bikes so that the handle bars and seats don't conflict with each other while they are on the rack. Now I just mark my bike seat position, so that I don't have to figure out the ideal position each time.
All together this is a good bike rack and probably much easier to use than other alternatives.

Great product so far. Install was pretty easy. Follow the directions, and it takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get setup. When not traveling with a bike, the rack folds up to minimize the bulkiness behind your vehicle. I have only traveled with one bike on the rack so far and have noticed very minimal movement. Very sturdy and secure. Plus, the rack comes equiped with locking mechanisms for both bikes and the rack itself (where it attaches to the hitch). Overall, solid product and very satisfied. Great Rack! I picked up this after almost losing my bike using the 9028 Vertex 2. The rubber straps broke and my bike was hanging on for dear life. Had to stop the car on the freeway and put in my trunk. Returned it immediately for this one and have had a happy face since. It's very easy to load bikes, stable, and even comes with the $50 STL2 Snug-Tite Lock. The only issue I have is that it constantly trips my sonar sensors when I put my car in reverse. I turned off the sound and all is goood
