Have bought the techwick shirts--long and short sleeve--for years and your overall quality has declined. Colors not as good and snagging is worse. Am a real fan of EMS!

Poor quality. I am physical education teacher and wore it to school today. After about 6 hours it has pulls ALL OVER IT... will not be able to wear it again. Really, really dissapointed EMS.

This light base layer is most useful in the fall and spring under a heavier fleece jacket or sweater. It has a handy mock turtle neck and quarter zip. I prefer the non-fitted versions as it is warmer. Unfortunately, my earlier versions from EMS, made in Canada, are higher in quality than the ones I have bought recently, which are made in El Salvador. The more recent appear to be made of a flimsier fabric and are not as well made.

I've had this techwick shirt for a few years and like it. It's lightweight, warm enough for spring and fall hiking and dries quickly. My only complaint is that the material retains odor even with the best deodorant on. It seems to smell even before I start sweating and I'm not normally a very smelly person! I have to make a paste of baking soda to put on the pits before I even launder it. Other than that, it's a great shirt.

I take this everywhere I travel! Keeps me dry but warm. Great for layering (planes, changing weather etc). Most notably, I'm quite a small person and find it difficult to get scuba diving wetsuits my size when I travel- I end up cold as water rushes in & out of the too-large wetsuit. I wore this under my wetsuit on a night dive and it was a lifesaver! Added a warm layer, reduced the flow in/out, and didn't get heavy or cold when wet. I've never found a better material for travel, sports and general versatility. Thank you!

I also have one in size small and I think it shrank. The sleeves are very short now and it feels snug. So this time I went with a medium and it feels just a little too big. But I like to wear it over tanks so it's not that big of a deal. I was afraid to get the small again, but I am happy with my choice. I also like the wide range of colors available.
