I was looking to replace an old (broken) computer on my mountain bike. This was just what I was looking for. Simple basic functions at a reasonable price. It was easy to install and program, so I had it up and running in less than 1/2 hour. (I did find the tables for tire size may have some errors so I measured and entered my own data.) Overall, I was so satisfied with this unit that I bought another one to put on my road bike.

Mount broke will just a controlled fall. Needs drastic improvement in durability. I bought this one because it can be adjusted easily for use with 29 inch wheels. I had a cheaper one on my old bike that worked the entire life of the bike. The bracket broke very easily which is completely unacceptable. I must note however that I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped me replacement parts quickly.

first I bought, was installed at EMS, then cable broke too easily - then I bought a new one and it won't start. disappointed I'll have to spend money for EMS to try and repair it. suspect I should now duct tape it to the bike to prevent cable is ripped on the new one
