I basically live in these shirts in the winter months. I'm 6'1 with an average sized torso and fairly long arms but the medium fits great. Thumb loops are perfect for camping when you are wearing many layers but are also just convenient for putting on jackets as the sleeves don't ride up. My only complaint about the shirt is that it gets stinky when I wear it alot, but I guess thats my own fault for being stinky! Not to mention, the shirt looks great when you wear it unzipped (the lady loves it). By far my favorite long underwear.

This is a very good base layer. I'm 5'9 (summer weight 175/winter weight 183). As a result, I fluctuate between medium and large, but the medium on this shirt fits very comfortably year round. I really like this shirt a lot. The thumb holes are great...a tad long, but I like it that way because it keeps my hands warm w/o gloves on a cool day. My only con is the excess material on back side of the 1/4 zipper. Without an under shirt on it rubs against my chest and creates minor chafe. With a light poly Tshirt on the rubbing goes away and it's all good. At 1/2 price it's a steal.
