ZENSAH Compression Leg Sleeves
Ideal for runners, cyclists, triathletes and anyone else who is on their feet, Zensah sleeves increase oxygen blood flow to the muscles of the lower legs. Can also be worn for traveling.Features/Benefits:
- Made using a special knitting process and fabric
- Gradient compression provides wide ribbing in the front for shin support and tight ribbing in the back for calf support
- Provide pinpoint compression to the front and back of the leg for dual-action support
- Silver in the fabric helps to regulate skin temperature and fight bacteria
- Increase oxygen blood flow to the muscles of the lower legs—the more oxygen the muscles receive the faster they recover, allowing athletes to push the envelope in their training

I run over 7 miles a few days per week. I actually purchased two pairs of leg sleeves; one pair for before my workout (clean ones) and one pair for during/after my workout. They do a great job of warming up your muscles and preparing them for your run. They also help your legs recovery when you're done. I find that I can run further with the sleeves. If at some point during the day my legs feel a little sore, I put the sleeves on for a while, and they feel much better.

I love to run (at least 1000 miles in a year), but sometimes overdo it. I recently discoverd these when I was looking for something to give support to an injured calf muscle. These helped with my recovery and got me back to running very quickly. Now I use them all the time to run. I can definitely run faster and longer with these on, and with less soreness afterwards. Sometimes I wear these to sleep or to the office if if my leg feels sore. These are absolutely great for running.

On the advice of a friend, I've started using leg compressions aids to help with recovery, as well as endurance during various sports. As a 50+ year old ice hockey player, it gets tougher to play at full speed any more. I am a believer in this compression technology now, as it definitely does seem to help. Definitely a noticeable difference in just lower leg swelling after activities.
