Comments about 32 North 1031222 STABILICERS Walk Traction Device:

I wear a size 8.5 hikiing boot and bought the medium crampons at LL Bean. They work great except that they keep falling off and I have to retrace my steps, sometimes 1/2 a mile, to find them. I put them on as directed, and if I'm on a dirt road with minimal snow, they're fine. But on a trail where my feet may break through some crust, they are easily pulled off. I have to constantly look at my feet to see if they're still on. If you buy them, I'd recommend buying the red ones so that they're easier to find when they fall off.
