I'm usually a 32C and I bought size S. It was WAY too tight! I can't believe it because I have a size 2 body! I've never in my life experienced putting something on me and feeling tight. This bra does it.
Plus, there is no molded cup. Only a layer of fabric...if you call that a molded cup.
Returned it.

I am generally a 34 C. Order size M but was too small/compressive, exchanged for size L and that was too loose esp. band and under arms. Very compressive which would be fine if it fit well in other ways, but it didn't. Had to return both.

If you usually wear a 36C, go for size L C/D cup. Then the fit is quite good. It definitely supports very well.

I was on a mission to buy some sports bras that actually fit, are comfortable and supportive at the same time. I was beginning to think that I wanted the impossible. I ordered a few different styles and this one was too tight everywhere and had a funny fit, like the cups were not big enough to fit the gals and wasn't wide enough to fit my chest. Had to send it back.

32D. Small fits perfectly. This sports bra is amazing. It is the only one I use when running. The side panels are a nice new feature. The construction is great! When you're a c/d cup, compression is pretty necessary to eliminate bounce, and hold things in place, and this definitely does it. The best part, however, is that I was able to get it in my actual size. It is pretty difficult to find sports bras that come with a small enough band yet enough material to cover everything at the same time. Awesome job, Moving Comfort (and EMS for carrying it).
