      I had to adjust the stride length value to 30 inches to correct the distance measurement. My measured stride is 22 inches and when I entered that value it told me I went .73 miles when in fact I walked a mile.Once I set it to 30 it was dead on at 1 mile.
      Buttons are hard to push and the units on the display (mile, step, Kcal,etc.) are hard to see because they are so small but overall it is a nice unit and I am happy with its performance.

          The plastic covering the data screen is too flimsy. If anything else is in your pocket it will dent the screen and then you can't read the data. Too bad, otherwise good.
