I loved this so much I bought four more! It is so totally comfortable and doesn't completely flatten you out. I am a C-D cup and this fits tightly and just fine. No bouncing! I pretty much wear them everyday unless I am getting dressed up or I need a shapelier bust line for something tight-fitting. I wish they came in other colors. They have been washed about 10 times and look great.
If I were a B cup, it would be fine for running too. For me, it is great for walking, hiking, yoga, chores, exercise machines like elliptical, weight-lifting, gardening, etc, etc!

Ran out of time in the store to try this on. It is going back.. I am fairly small and bought a M/L as it looked fine. When I got home and tried it on..it was too uncomfortable for me. Looked like I had flab everywhere - ugh. Should have read the reviews or tried it on.

The old version got wet and stayed wet, but that was its only flaw. The new one dries out quicker, but I guess that's what made it flimsier.
I always liked how the old one had a band that was only just enough tighter than the cup, but now band and cup are almost the same - both too loose - and it (S-M on a 36B) rides up.
I tried one size down (XS-S), but it.. lacked coverage, I guess, and still rode up.

I've been buying this seamless bra for several years and it is perfect support for a 34C runner. It is very comfortable and durable - I wash and line dry, and the lycra has not lost its elasticity even after 3 years of regular use. I stock up whenever there's a sale!

I do like this sports bra, and it does what it's supposed to do. However, I was a little disappointed to find that the fabric is much thinner than that of the sports bra I bought about two years ago from EMS. I'm almost certain that they're the same bra.
In any case, it does the job and it's super comfortable! I would buy it again, but I do wish it felt a little sturdier.
