I grew up not too far from EMS, but now I work and live in central Texas, where it can be very hot- these shirts are a great base layer underneath collared, button-down dress shirts. There is a saying that, "Runners don't let runners use cotton;" this should be true for businesspeople as well- I have replaced my cotton undershirts with Element Crew shirts.
The only two gripes that I have are that Element shirts were unavailable with a V-neck option at the time of purchase, and that the size Large was too small in the shoulders (but, fit my torso fine). Fortunately, the good people at EMS were willing and able to offer me an exchange for one size up. So, although the XL shirts are baggy in the waist on me, the shoulders now fit comfortably. Since I wear them under dress shirts, nobody would notice their bagginess.

This version of the shirt was a different type material, and not as pleasant a feel to the skin as prior versions. It was also smaller. I exchanged them for the new version which is already out and it was much better.

I wear this top out and about everyday or to the gym. I find that it is very comfortable and a top that is classy enough to wear out with friends or to the gym. These tops are durable and dependable at a great price. I am not surprised when they are on sale and dissapear at a quick rate. Scoop them up while you can!

This shirt fits like a second skin. I'm 5'8" and 145#, and the small is perfect for me. It's not baggy like a lot of other shirts, and won't ride up during inverted exercises. The fabric is really comfortable. My new go-to shirt.
