Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Women's Boreal 20° Sleeping Bag:

I took this sleeping bag with me during my entire thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail. It lasted the entire trail with no problems expect a snagging zipper. Although, I would have to say that it WAS NOT warm enough for a few of the months I was on the trail. This bag is NOT a 20. Some nights that it was 40 on the trail I froze and was very uncomfortable. I chose the 20 verses the 0 because of weight but there were many nights I would have gladly carried the extra 1 lb 8 oz!!! I'm thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail this upcoming year and wanted to take this bag but unfortunately I'm going to have to get a new one that is actually 20.

Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Women's Boreal 20° Sleeping Bag:

Came with its own awesome compression sack, but I do wish it came with one of those mesh storage bags for when I'm not using it. It was a good price (on sale) for the temp rating, compression, and weight. Happy camper (:

Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Women's Boreal 20° Sleeping Bag:

I used this bag in the Colorado mountains on a cold, damp night. I get cold easily but the bag kept me toasty warm. It's also big enough to sleep on your side, but it's not too long. I don't care for the compression stuff sack that came with it but the bag itself is great.
