Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Down Under 20° Sleeping Bag, Regular:
I don't like buying sleeping bags and have purchased some real losers in the past. However, I used this bag on a 25 day thru hike in the Adirondacks. It did lose some fill but overall it was minimal. Temperatures dropped into the low 30's and I slept fatigued, dehydrated, and often hungry but I never felt cold or chilly with this bag. It's everything you want in a down bag. The zipper did snag(I've never had a bag that didn't snag) but if that 5 second inconvenience is a turn off, maybe camping isn't for you. I'm 5'7" and didn't notice any cool spots. Overall, this product exceeded my expectations.

Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Down Under 20° Sleeping Bag, Regular:
I bought this bag for my hubby because I love mine. I had a synthetic EMS bag for backpacking and even though it was rated for 20 degrees, I can't say it kept me warm in temps much below 40, even with a base layer. The Down Under bag is toasy warm, extremely light weight, packs super small, and seems to be good quality. I used my women's version for 2 weeks on the LT in early summer, and for 3 days in August and I loved it. I have low body fat, if that makes a difference.

Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Down Under 20° Sleeping Bag, Regular:
Can't wait to try this bag out on the trail. Slept in it overnight and it was comfortable and definitely warm enough. It's a little snug. Hopefully with my liner, I can use it for winter camping too.

Comments about Eastern Mountain Sports EMS Down Under 20° Sleeping Bag, Regular:
I've had this bag for two years now and have taken it on every camping/backpacking excursion. I am a cold sleeper and the bag performs well keeping me toasty down to high 20's or low 30's. A feather or two have been lost and it remains lofty through a wash. Issues are that the zipper snags. Also, last trip I woke up to a tent dripping from condensation and the bag was soaking it up. Luckily it was my last trip day and was able to air it out. This bag, price, and service has been great.
