This bag is great. The laptop sleeve is well hidden, the 'laptop sleeve' in the main compartment is perfect for a tablet. This was a great bag to travel with and commute with. The back is a little warm, but it is pretty rigid, so the computer will not poke you. The bag is pretty slim when you do not have it expanded, but open that zipper and you gain 2-3in of depth. The 'phone' slot on the shoulder strap will fit only flip phones. The yellow is pretty yellow, you will not go unnoticed.

My husband bought this for me for my birthday. I absolutely love it. It is the most comfortable backpack I've ever had. I commute to NYC daily and this backpack is so easy to run in when you're trying to catch a train. It is also slim so the contents don't bulge out the back of the pack. Te padding is awesome. The only thing I would change would be to make the zippers more fluid.

I was hunting an exec laptop case online when I thought of EMS.
I searched the website and found the local EMS had this pack.
They just got it in yesterday.
I already have and enjoy using an Osprey Manta 30 for hiking so I drove to EMS and tried this pack.
My 17.3" HP Pavilion laptop fits perfectly and with all the adjustments the S/M pack fit my stocky 5'8" frame comfortably around the store for over 30 minutes.
It's a great pack with plenty of storage.
No one will know you're carrying a laptop and it's much more convenient/useful than a carry-bag/case/sleeve.
Osprey and EMS rock my world.
