I traveled for 5 months through South America with this pack, and I was really satisfied. There is tons of room and numerous compartments and pockets that help to organize my stuff and made it easy to access things if I needed. It was so comfortable to wear, I went on long hikes with all of my stuff and was way more comfortable than most people in my group. The one downside for me was the inability to lock up even a part of the pack. I wanted to be able to lock up at least one of the pockets/compartments so that my valuables would not be stolen on bus rides or in hostels that didn't have lockers. I ended up buying a water-proof cover/bag to cover that pack, that could also zipper up and lock. Otherwise, I love this pack, it will be going with me on my next trip.
