I lean very heavily on my hands when biking and that causes a fair amount of pain so I was hoping that these gloves would eliminate that. Unfortunately it doesn't - I think they help a little but they haven't resolved it. Other than that - and the fact they are a littel tough to get off - they are nice. They are light very breathable and have so far stood up pretty well.
