Great rash guard, my favorite, and they are a bargain. The best thing is the coverage for sun protection: it has a mock neck, and the sleeves and body are long. If you are taller than 5'10" this is especially important, since your stomach won't be exposed if you lift your arms (ie paddling). Some reviews complain about the long sleeves, but I like that they reach the top of my hands, and you can always push them up. Only two minor things I would change: thumb holes in the sleeves would be a nice option, and mesh ventilation panels in the armpits/sides. The fabric breathes well though. Also, you are supposed to line dry these, but they dry fast... I don't know what happens if you put them in the dryer. I am 6' 185 lb and the large fits very well.

Functional rash guard/swim shirt. Not form fitting and the sleeves are a little long. I use it for the beach and it protects againts the sun well. After a couple of washes, the sleeves also shortened a bit making it more comfortable to wear. I wouldn't recommend it if you're surfing or doing anything overly active, but for a lounger who takes occasional dips, it's good enough.

I bought the Sessions shirt to use as a rash guard underneath my PFD and/or shorty wetsuit while kayaking. I am 6' 3", 195 lbs, and when I buy any long-sleeve shirt that does not come in tall sizes, I almost always have to buy an extra large or the sleeves will be too short. The XL Sessions shirt had sleeves so long that they came most of the way over my hand! I returned it for a large which fits perfectly. Someone who is under 6' may find the sleeves too long.
Having said that, the shirt is comfortable even in hot weather. I've worn it under a PFD for 8 hours with no chafing. This shirt is a great value, especially for the sale price that I paid.
