So far I've used the cover for my CloudWalker daypack while walking and biking in the rain. I haven't had any issues with water touching the pack. It's easy to get on and easy to remove, with nylon straps to adjust the tightness of the cover depending on how much stuff you have in your backpack.
Works great, would definitely recommend this rain cover.
