Our Customer Service team is available to provide expert advice, assistance in placing an order or help answering any other question you may have. Our Contact Center is open seven days a week and available by phone - 888.463.6367 - during the following times (Eastern Standard):
- Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 10 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 9 PM
- Saturday-Sunday: 9 AM - 9 PM
- Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter Sunday.
In addition we're available by email through customerservice@ems.com and reply to most responses within 12 hours.
