If you don’t love the product you bought from us, we’ll replace it or give you your money back. If you’re pack, boots, snowshoes or climb harness doesn’t feel right, we’ll adjust it for you whether you bought it from us or not. If you find a product we sell at a lower price from a competitor, we’ll match it on the spot or refund the difference after you buy from us. And if you need a recommendation for a great place for your next outdoor adventure, we’re happy to share our favorite treks, rides, climbs, and paddles with you.
