Tracking Information

Your order's status represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as UPS or USPS) that may provide tracking updates up to the point your order is delivered. As soon as your order ships and tracking information becomes available, we'll email you with the update. Additionally, once your order ships, you can view the tracking details by signing into your account and checking under Order History, where information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available If you still have questions about your order, contact our Customer Service team.
