In Store Pick Up
In store pick up is currently unavailable
If you have an Eastern Mountain Sports store nearby, you can save time and avoid shipping costs by paying for your item online and picking it up in store!
1) SHOP ONLINE - Check your local store for product availability
On each product page, you can check availability for nearby store locations by selecting STORE PICKUP before adding an item to your cart. You may also select a preferred store location (MY STORE) to be the default location by creating or logging into YOUR ACCOUNT. After checking availability and selecting an item for Store Pickup, add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be required to enter your billing address and payment information during checkout. You will only need to enter a shipping address if you have other items in your order that will be shipped directly to you. Any items ordered for Store Pickup are fully paid for online. When your order is complete, you will receive an initial email letting you know your order has been received. Please note: In Store pickup purchases must be picked up from the selected store.
2) WAIT for a 2nd email - We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup
Once we receive your order, our store staff will work to gather the items for you. After your items have been located (generally within 3-4 hours during operating hours), we will send a 2nd email letting you know your order is ready for pick-up. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, the appropriate item will be cancelled and the pending payment authorization will be released.
3) PICK UP ITEMS AT THE STORE SELECTED
Upon arrival, you may go directly to the checkout desk. You will be asked to present either a government issued photo ID, or the physical payment method used in the order to verify your identity. You must pick up your order within 4 days of order placement. After 4 days have passed, your order will be cancelled. If you paid with a credit card, the pending authorization will be released within a few business days. If you paid with a debit card or PayPal, funds from that card will be restored within 2-14 business days. Please contact your banking institution for further information. If you paid with a gift card or eGift Card, a replacement will be sent to you via email. If for any reason you need to cancel your order prior to pick-up, please notify the store, so we can process a refund in accordance with the above.
