Terms and Conditions: Rewards are valid in store and online at ems.com. One time use only. Rewards may not be used for services and rentals offered at select Eastern Mountain Sports retail locations or for lessons offered by Eastern Mountain Sports Schools. Rewards may be used only by the member to whom the Rewards are issued. Rewards may not be copied, transferred, sold, or shared/posted online. No Cash, credit, or refund will be given, even if the value of the Reward exceeds the final transactional total. Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, or exchanged for store credit. Rewards may not be used or redeemed toward the purchase of a gift card, gift certificate, previous purchase, shipping and handling fees, taxes, warranty service, rentals, or other services provided by third parties
